Format of Contract

Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion). We will send you an order acknowledgement shortly after you place your order, notifying you that we have received your order. This acknowledgement is not notification that we have accepted your order. A contract becomes binding upon dispatch of the goods from our warehouse, and you have been notified of this by a email containing the dispatch email confirming Shipped Status.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on www.static-caravan-spares.co.uk are accurate at the time of placing your order. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item we will contact you and offer you the following three options:

  1. Placing a new order at the correct price for those goods;
  2. Canceling the whole of your order; or
  3. Canceling your order for the mis-priced goods and reconfirm your order for the correctly priced goods.

Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to make sure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. If the item is in stock, the goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds ( for non credit account customers ), during busy periods this can go to 48 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 working days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of canceling the order.
Park and Leisure Ltd will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery. Late delivery will not be accepted as a breach of contract. We advise that you do not book trades persons or engineers until you have received the product ready for them to fit.

Delivery Rates.

Delivery rates and charges are calculated as you place items into your basket , and are clearly displayed before an order is placed with ourselves. You do not need to create an account to use the website. All goods are dispatched by a means determined by our dimension and weight calculator built into our system. This offers the lowest delivery cost option, with an option to upgrade if available.

Payment

Payment for orders can be by any means offered during our checkout process. Any Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or via a Phone call after an order is placed where we will take the payment electronically.
When a payment fails, the order will be cancelled and no goods will be dispatched

Product Status Label.
In Stock : The items are in stock and available in the quantity shown.
Stock Due 3-4 Days : We have had notification from supplier and the goods are on there way to us.
Pre-Order : We are awaiting a delivery date from the supplier.
Out Of Stock : The items are awaiting re-order by us.
Available To Order : This a special order item available in 5 days.

Delivery Method.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, DHL, Fedex, normally overnight. Depending on the item.
Next working day means Monday to Friday, orders despatched on a Friday will not be delivered until Monday, Excluding Bank Holidays but can take up to 3 days.
For Bulky, irregular shape and items classed as long length (ie over 1.5m long) for these items depending on the final destination are normally delivered mainland UK within 48 hours.
European deliveries depending on Country are normally 2-5 days.
Tracking numbers will be provided on all Royal Mail and DHL deliveries. If the item is an out of gauge product ( Bulky, Irregular Shape or Oversize). These items are dispatched via specialized carriers and tracking is not provided.
Most items will require a signature on delivery, please ensure you are there to take delivery. If you are not there to receive the parcel and request that the parcel is left in your chosen secure place. We will take the GPS time and date stamp sent via the drivers PDA as a item delivered safe and secure signature. From this point the parcel becomes your responsibility, and we will have completed our obligation to deliver. 

For direct to caravan park deliveries. These will only be made to the reception area, and authorization from the park must be obtained before placing an order. Upon using this service once the item has been delivered and signed for by reception staff, our duty of delivery will be complete and responsibility for the item will be passed to you. 

Prices and Tax.

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. All payments are taken in Pounds Sterling. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.

Retail prices are shown inclusive of Vat.
Trade customers logged into there account, Trade prices will be displayed exclusive of Vat and Vat will be charged extra.

Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your order at any time by sending us an email or writing to our office, up to the point the order has been dispatched and is in transit. After this time you will need to return the item at you own expense, Following our returns procedure. If you refuse delivery of orders under the cancellation terms laid down in the distance selling regulations, we will seek to recover the costs of carriage from any refund due. 

Yes, if for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. We will be entitled to hold back an acceptable amount of money for any items that need to be repackaged or have been excessively handled.
You ( the customer ) are responsible for any delivery charges you incur to return such items to us.

If you wish to return an item back to us you must before returning said item, phone our after sales dept on 01284 277159 or email us to inform of such . We will then direct you to the returns form that will need to be completed. You will need to print a copy of this for inclusion with the returned items for identification purposes so this does not get mixed up with incoming stock.
Note we cannot accept any items that does not include this form. Any items sent without this returns information will be refused.  

Any items such as cut to length items and special ordered items cannot be returned. Gas appliances, gas appliance spares and Toilet seats  are not returnable on if packaging removed.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back on the original method of payment. It is the customers responsibility to inform us of any card changes or details if the original account is no longer held. These refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

I have been delivered an incorrect item, what do I do?

We have strict control and checking procedures operating in our warehouse so it is extremely unlikely that an error will occur, however unfortunately sometime mistakes can still be made. If this happens we will collect and redeliver a replacement item as soon as possible and this will obviously be at no cost to you.

I have received a damaged item, what do I do?

Please try and check the condition of the parcels before you sign for them, if you are in any doubt please make a note on the couriers paperwork. If you discover an item is damaged please contact us as soon as possible (must be within 7 days) and we will arrange a replacement for you, obviously we would cover any courier costs.

What warranty comes with your product?

Every product we sell is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The length of warranty should be stated in the product details page. Some manufacturers require registration in order to validate or extend a warranty. Please ensure that this is done where applicable.

My item i purchased is faulty?

If this is within 30 days of receiving your item then please follow our procedure for returns. Upon receipt we will have our engineers check the item for the claimed fault. If upon inspection and testing the item is found to be faulty we will either replace or refund the item along with the postage paid by you ( as long as it was the only item on the order, if more than 1 item was purchased then original postage will not be refunded ) we will also reimburse your return postage costs.

When a returned faulty item is found to actually not be faulty, then the item will be returned to you at your cost

When a faulty item is found to have been caused by incorrect fitting, alteration, contamination or man handling. These will be offered for repair if possible, to rectify at your cost.

Pictures on our website are used for illustration purposes only, in a market of evolving product development the item you receive may differ from the picture shown in colour or appearance. You can be assured that the item will not be of a lower quality.

All confidential information, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We do not see your Credit Card details , these are only seen by our Merchants used during checkout, Namely Cardsave/Worldpay Group .
For your security “we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties”.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
