We believe in being transparent about delivery charges. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout before you commit to purchase, and no account registration is required.

Add your items to the basket, select your delivery region and the total cost, including carriage, will be shown. Multiple items in the same order will normally incur one delivery charge.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders received Monday–Thursday after 2pm are processed the next working day.

• Orders received Friday after 12pm are processed the following Monday.

• Orders are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked 2/3 Day or FedEx Next Working Day.

• UK Mainland delivery is normally within the stated service period; other areas may take up to 48 hours.

• Items over 1 metre may be classed as oversized attract an enhanced carriage charge and take 2–3 working days.

• Next Working Day excludes weekends and bank holidays. Friday dispatches are normally delivered Monday.

• Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Pallet Deliveries

Failed appliance deliveries caused by no access or nobody being available to accept the goods may incur a redelivery charge of 75% of our original pallet delivery cost, payable before redelivery.

Caravan Park Deliveries

Delivery to caravan parks is available, subject to the park's approval. You must confirm that the park accepts deliveries and provide the authorised recipient's details.

Couriers normally deliver to park reception or the designated delivery point, not individual caravan plots. Any additional charges resulting from refused or failed deliveries will be payable by the customer.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, or for example to a communal postal address or PO box.

European Delivery Road Service 4-10 Days
All European delivery rates are standard shipping charges. Delivery days vary by destination country. Customers are liable for any taxes and import duties applied by the customs office in your country. Once the parcel has arrived at the destination country, any charges will need to be paid before delivery can be made.
European delivery is based on standard parcels only up to 20kg in weight.
This does not include any long length, out of gauge, heavy or bulky items. These will need to be quoted on an individual basis on request.
