Opening a Trade Account

Trade accounts are available to approved businesses at our discretion.

Applications may require:

• Company Registration Number

• VAT Registration Number

• Trade references

• Credit checks

Approval is not guaranteed.

Credit Terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment terms are:

30 days from the end of the month of invoice.

Invoices must be paid in full by the due date.

Credit Limits

Each account is assigned a credit limit.

Orders exceeding the approved credit limit may be delayed until payment has been received.

Late Payment

Late payments may result in:

• suspension of credit facilities;

• cancellation of outstanding orders;

• withdrawal of trade discounts;

• interest being charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Retention of Title

Ownership of goods remains with Park and Leisure Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Delivery

Trade orders are dispatched using the same delivery services as retail orders unless otherwise agreed.

Returns

Trade returns are accepted at our discretion unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Special-order goods cannot normally be returned.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to trade purchases where offered.

Labour costs, consequential losses and installation costs are excluded unless agreed in writing.

Suspension or Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close any trade account where:

• invoices remain unpaid;

• fraudulent activity is suspected;

• account terms are breached;

• insolvency proceedings commence.

Governing Law

These Trade Account Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
