Our Returns Promise
We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we aim to make returning your item as straightforward as possible.
This Returns & Refund Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
Returning an Unwanted Item
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
the item must be unused;
it must be in its original condition;
all original packaging, manuals and accessories must be included;
proof of purchase must be provided.
Before Returning an Item
Before sending any goods back, please contact our Customer Services team to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
This allows us to identify your return quickly and process it without unnecessary delay.
Returns received without prior authorisation may be refused or delayed.
How to Return Your Goods
Contact Customer Services.
We will provide a Returns Authorisation Number.
Complete the Returns Form.
Package the goods securely.
Include your Returns Form inside the parcel.
Return the parcel using an appropriate tracked delivery service.
We recommend retaining proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Return Postage Costs
Where goods are returned because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.
If goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, we will reimburse reasonable return carriage costs where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will normally be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.
If the original payment method is no longer available, we may contact you to arrange an alternative refund.
Deductions From Refunds
Where returned goods have been handled more than is reasonably necessary to inspect them, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in value.
Examples include:
damaged packaging;
missing accessories;
evidence of installation;
marks or scratches;
incomplete returns.
Items That Cannot Normally Be Returned
Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, we cannot normally accept returns of:
specially ordered products;
bespoke items;
cut-to-length products;
made-to-order goods;
gas appliances where safety seals have been broken;
toilet seats where hygiene packaging has been removed;
hygiene products where protective seals have been broken.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Incorrect Items
If we have supplied the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange collection or return of the incorrect goods and supply the correct item as quickly as possible.
There will be no charge to you.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible.
If goods arrive damaged:
retain all packaging;
take photographs where possible;
contact us promptly.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
Faulty Goods
If your item develops a fault, please contact our Customer Services team before returning it.
Depending upon the product, we may ask for:
photographs;
video evidence;
serial numbers;
return of the item for inspection.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the goods in accordance with your statutory rights.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
Consumers purchasing online may also have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
