6m Pre-made (12W L/m) Frost Protection Trace Heating Kit with Thermostat

This trace heating kit is the ideal solution to prevent pipes from freezing. By using a self regulating trace heating cable the system prevents overheating and ensures efficient operation by limiting its output per metre through the use of a variable resistive compound.

All of our frost protection kits come complete with a built-in thermostat to ensure that the trace heating system only operates when required to stop pipes freezing throughout winter and remains dormant during the summer.

• SafeTrace™ Self Regulating Heating Cable will not overheat or burnout, even when overlapped upon itself. The result is a safer heater, low running costs, and installation that requires no special skills or tools
• SafeTrace™ and its self-regulating features are suitable for both plastic & steel pipes
• The green SafeTrace™ heating cable is complete with a black cold lead and 13A plug, ready fitted and terminated for immediate installation. The cold lead is 2 (two) metres long, allowing maximum flexibility to reach and connect to a local plug socket.
